Transfer Domain on the same register from one user to another

I just bought a domain today and would like to sell it. The domain is on godaddy. I've heard that after you sell a domain you can have the buyer create a free account on that register then you can push that domain to them. Is this true? Can someone tell me what I would need from the buyer to push the domain to them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced. This is my first time selling a domain.

You need:
1. His account email
2. His account number
3. Also he needs to accept the domain. I send them the following message:

Hi,
I have pushed the domain into your account.
You need to accept the domain to your account.

step 1: look at this image: http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/1168/godaddy.gif
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/697872-transfer-domain-same-register-one-user.html
step 2: login to godaddy
step 3: click "my account" on the left side. This will expand sub menu items. See the picture above
step 4: click "pending account changes". See the picture above
To push the domain:
1. Login to godaddy,
2. Click "domain manager" on the left side.
3. Click on the domain
4. Chose "account change"

Anything else?
