Domain Drop Time Question

I've read that domains drop at 2 PM EST. My question is, is it always Eastern "Standard" time? What happens during daylight savings? Does it stay Standard time even though the east coast is on EDT? Would it actually become 3 PM EDT when daylight savings occurs?

This is a strange question indeed, fat. Are you looking for a loophole you can exploit with daylight savings confusion by the drop catchers?

There is no ghost in a chance you are going to hand reg any good names in today's system of intensely organized RRP game. Leave it to the drop catchers to worry about this for you, which is good nowadays since you don't have to pay anything upfront.

I'm not sure how it's a strange question, I would think it would be exactly the kind of question you'd ask at a place like NamePros.

Does anyone know?
