Namejet question

I haven't used Namejet much but did see a Pending Delete (originally registered with Netsol) domain I wanted. I put in a Backorder and at the time of cut-off was the only Namejet bidder. But, I didn't get the domain as it ended up with a Snapnames registrar. I had a real WTF moment, as how come Namejet (with their Netsol connection) can't even catch a Netsol registered Pending Delete?

Any info appreciated so I don't make this mistake again.... Thanks.

Once it hits pending delete, it will eventually drop and become available to any dropcatcher. You probably would have gotten it at Namejet had you backordered it before it hit pending delete.

It shows as a new reg now through DomainsOfValue.com. They appear to be an Oversee / Snapnames company. Guess someone (or several people)at Snapnames backordered it too, and it may have gone to auction there as there's no registrant info yet in Whois. Rats, wish I'd seen it during Pre-Release.
