Godaddy, nasty PROBS

hi all,
i ordered a backorder @ godaddy,
it was registered with them *them, so i thought i would get it,
well today it dropped and snapnames got it HOW??
how is that possible, is something dirty going on here.
i saw this on google?

Yeah, Godaddy is not good at catching names that have been backordered by others.

In the future, it you really want a name, backorder it through Snapnames, Namejet, and Pool (it's free at all three places. If one of these places snag it, and you're the only bidder, you'll pay $59 -$99 for it, so make sure it's a name you really want.

Now this depends entirely on when you backordered it. If you backordered the domain before it expired, I'd say you would win the domain. But if you backordered it while it was in the redemption period, then Godaddy had no more rights to the domain than anyone else. They have to fight for the domain when it drops too. Then you need to backorder it at SnapNames or NameJet, to be more sure of winning the domain.

i ordered when it was 'pending delete'.

In my opinion: Snap > NJ > Pool > GoDaddy > API scripts > handreg

Then it's up for grabs by the most efficient backorderer. Generally, SnapNames. GoDaddy have no rights to the domain when it's Pending Delete. But then neither does any other backordering company.
