I don't really understand your question, but keyword Two-Word.com do sell well to end users. There is not much market for mediocre .NET though.

It depends on what you are going to do with the domain. For parking, I would get the domain with the hyphen if everything else is equal. For investing/sales, it's hard to say. If the domains have the same words, I would get the .net, but I know some people have good luck selling the ones with hyphens. At this point, it's a matter of what the buyer will be ok with.

If you want to develop a site go with the hyphened .com. Only buy .Net if it's great.

A hyphen is a tougher sell, but not a bad one. Some end-users may even prefer a hyphen.
Either way, expect less for it, but don't apologize for it when you pitch it. I think hyphens are often undervalued (but, so are .nets). I'd rather have a strong hyphen word than a weak non-hyphen.

However, don't expect anything for a hyphen domain if you sell it on forums or at most auctions. Find an end-user.

I just sold a hyphenated keyword last Friday for $700+. It was a niche term with about 30K exact searches.

I have found many end users don't really care about a well placed hyphen.

As far as the reseller market goes, hyphenated .COM do not sell well.
