G' afternoon folks,
I have been a domainer since 2005, owned almost 2000+ domains (at one time) and now dropping 90% of domains to get off from domaining!
During this four years, i registered domains all over different registrar.
I had about 51 domains at 1and1. Like other registrar, I simply ignored all the renewal reminder(payment due mail) thinking the domains will be dropped and deleted.
Yesterday, I received a call from NCO financial(debt collection agency) for a balance of $1569.21.
I talked with them and found out the debt was from 1and1 who reported to NCO for non-payment!
Any of the nameproer happened to be in similar situation?? If I dont pay the balance, will it affect my credit?? They said its on my credit file! Any ideas would be appreciated!! %%-
