that the .co.uk forwards to the .com.au

I can get the .net for reg fee, the .com is just parked.

Would you pick up the .net in the hope of selling it to this 1 and only business?

In such a situation, I will buy .net only if I believe that the keyword or phrase is popular enough that finding other end users would not be very difficult.

Well the exact search reveals under 1000 per month. Its a common phrase that does have some commercial appeal, not sure how many end users would pay for it though.
