Dangerous Games (anti brand named domains)

Hi, comrades!
I`m going to take such type of domain - anti"BrandName".com , and i need someone`s advice. What do you think about it ? Is it safely, or maybe to take anti"MisprintedBrandName".com ?

If you are desperate for making such a site, then you may go for the second name, as it doesn't sound that harsh.

I don`t know. Ask myself the same question.
Weighing the pros and cons. Is it written in the law ?

Well if paypalsucks.com can and has successfully continued to get away with it I imagine as long as your site has merit to it you'll be all right for the most part.

It's called freedom of speech people, I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of it. As long as you keep the website centered around just verbal discussions then you cannot get in trouble for that.

You have to be careful because trademark laws still apply.

PaypalSucks.com is an exception because PayPal has a huge monopoly over that niche and they know its doing little bad and much good for their service, but at any point where the opposite is true, they will claim trademark or libel against them.

Cancer Survivorship
If you want to put up a site like that, get a good lawyer who can tell you exactly what you can and can't do.

One thing nobody's mentioned yet - you can't make ANY profit on it. Not a cent. You can't even accept donations. This type of site has to be strictly non-commercial.
