I am looking to aquire a domain that is due to drop could you give me an idea of the drop date please

Creation Date: 05-may-2008
Expiration Date: 05-may-2009

It will drop on the 6th day following the "Updated Date".

Shane, it looks like the domain in question will drop on Thursday July 23rd at 1pm CST time, if it is released.

Yes,the updated is 17th july 2009.

so do they always drop at 1pm cst? And thankyou for your answers they have been very helpful

Not exactly. It depends on the TLD and the drop window is several hours long. The following post on DotWeekly contains the information you need to know:

I think Expron has a site which displays the exact daily drop order. PM him for details.
