Ahhh, the Christmas lights are up.

I think RJ has done a fabulous job configuring VBulletin on this forum. He'll be the first I would look for expertise when and if my own forum kicks off.

Thanks guys. I risked life and limb on that latter last night to get those lights up in the header. Now I just have put the turkey out to pasture and hunt down a reindeer to finish our December theme.

That's right. Our first year we ran the site with zero ads or revenue. Now we're fortunate enough to have advertisers that help support and cover the costs of running the site. I encourage everyone to patronize those companies you see in the banner rotation!

-RJ- has really done a remarkable job with NamePros. When he started out there were already 2 major domain forums and many many small ones. Succeeding in a crowded market like that is very difficult (countless others have tried and failed). It can only be done if you bring the audience something truly different from what they can get elsewhere. He succeeded in delivering a fresh, valuable product that people flocked to. It's great to see people succeed against the odds, as well as inspirational. Way to go!
