ok now im pissed

i registered me 2 letter and a number domain on friday (both .co.uk and .com) its now monday i got the co.uk but the .com is still available i sent them 3 emails asking whats wrong and no reply they aint took my money out yet but i got the invoice and it says i own the .com on there site but in whois i dont and other registrars will let ya register the .com im thinking ive been scamed but aint sure cause ive never had problems when getting .co.uk can any1 help me out thanks..
