Value of a three character .net domain?

Well, I am going to receive a three char .net domain in the near future.

Are they worth much?

The one I am looking at has:

74 overture at this site

And has around 75,000 matches when typed in at google.

I just don't know how much these things are worth.

I can't post in the appraisals, since I technically don't own it yet.

If you develop the domain well, it should bring you some visitors and will definitely increase the value of your domain.
