SnapNames backorder a domain for me without my consent ?

Todady, I just received an email from SnapNames and they told me that "You have successfully acquired the domain name xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.org.

We have debited your account $59.00, the amount of your winning bid."

But in fact, I have not backorder any domain from them,

it's not justified to backorder a domain for me without my previously consent.

Apart from sent them an email, what should I do right now ?

Chargeback.... or atleast threaten one. Most companies will simply give you a refund then eat the Chargeback fee and the cost. However, expect your SnapNames account to be terminated.

The name could have been in your Shopping Cart when you confirm backorder other names. I always double check what are the names in my Shopping Cart before I confirm.
