        | Starting an Online business... Share tips... Hey all... Please share tips and advise on starting an online company. From the very basic stuff to the more advanced - post your experience/ideas. As for the company... lets say it offers services and doesn't really sell a physical product.     | Get a good lawyer + accountant to look over your business plan, advise you on which legal entity will best serve your needs, and help you draft up a professional TOS. Start-up costs might be high doing it the right way (with a lawyer and an accountant), however they'll be a lot higher down the road if you don't set it up right and something goes wrong. That's all you really need. I incorporated my business earlier this year -- it's really not very hard to do (I did the paperwork myself), however it's still best to consult with someone who knows all the legal stuff. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=529100

| Hi Reece, thanks for the tips. We have an accountant, need to find a lawyer as well. Appreciate the advise. What are the costs of getting a TM? I'm thinking its quite high right? Is there alternatives / cheaper way to protect a brand to start with?
