Paypal Mass pay allows send payment to only one recipient or not?

Hi Guys,
I use Paypal Mass pay to send money for my domain deals much more often tha before as requested by the sellers.

However, I can not find any answer through Paypal help center regards my question : Does Paypal Mass pay allow me to send payment to only one recipient or not?

Following the words "mass pay", this action should be taken only if the money sender send payment to more than one recipient. Otherwise can NOT named as "MASS".

So will Paypal suspend my account if I use Mass pay to send payment to only one recipient everytime when I buy a domain?

What is your opinions on this?

You can send a payment at a time using masspay to as many as 10k users. It doesent matter to paypal whether you use it to send the payment to 1 or 10k.
Also as you might already know, the fee is 2% or max $1 each transaction, and you need to have funds in your paypal account to make the payment.

Technically, supposed to be for multiple recipient, but using one works as well.
Used this alot, never been suspended.
