Name.com has a new rule i guess as earlier i had not faced such issue.

If you HandReg a Domain through Name.com then you cannot transfer it to another Name.com Account before 5 days.

So Guys, be careful before listing your newly regged Name.com Domain for Sale.

It's only five days though. Shouldn't be too much of an issue

ENOM similar rules I remember:
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/508476-thought-to-bring-it-your-notice.html

- Once you push domain from ENOM account to another, you can't re-push it to another ENOM account for 7 days.

- If you won domain at NameJet that registered with ENOM, you can't transfer it out or push it to another account for 42 days.
