registrar - registry fees refresher needed

I can't seem to find those answers when searching. There are too many results coming back.

Aside from VeriSign charging $6 for .COM & .NET, how much do the other
registries for the other extensions charge each registrar for each domain
registration and/or transfer?

Just a refresher course. Thanks.

most are like 6.00(com net org)

.name is about 5.00
.us and .biz is about 5.50 on average
.ws is around 12.00 (minus rebates so volume can get you down to 6.00)

affilias is offering the 0 special to each registrar. They pay 0 it is limited to 25 domains per registrant. They pay full price now and are rebated(refunded) in January
