An example is the word Inca - There's about 5 different people that have a TM on that word. ...it's a complicated area  .

That is just my personal opinion and NOT a legal statement in any way shape or form.  Best stay away from any TM if you can, although even that can sometimes be difficult. . | ||||

| tube is safe in my non-lawyer opinion. too generic. but- my guess is that goodtube.com sold at that price because it is close to godtube.com which is a developed site. so the infringement is against godtube.com and not youtube.com (if there is infringement). http://www.alexa.com/data/details/tr...ls/godtube.com
