| Senior Member | Thank you Sedo! I don't know if others have noticed, but the customer service at Sedo has improved to the point where I think they are often quicker and more responsive than most others. I like to give credit where its due! For example, I have a name in auction now. I included some links in the description to help it sell. I somehow got two of the links wrong. I e-mailed them and asked them to correct it, and not only did they correct it, but they even corrected it a second time when it ended up looking a little awkward. This all happened in the course of this morning. I truly appreciated it, and was wondering if this improvement was others' experience as well?

| www.LLLL.com Forum Moderator | They were very quick to help me out when I last had a domain on auction over there. Was somewhat surprised actually how quick they responded -- which is good because every minute counts in an auction ![]() Quote:

| NamePros Regular | They have been working very hard to improve customer service and it definately shows. They have implemented ideas of mine in the past, so maybe I should take full credit But seriously, they are doing a lot better. These companies do need our suggestions, so it is always good to message any company you do business with if you have suggestions to improve their business in any way. This is especially true if it seems like something easy for them to implement. |

| NamePros Regular | When I sold my domain there recently I got paid soon after and there were no problems.

| NamePros Regular | I don't mean to jump your thread Jacal, but my question is not worthy of a seperate thread IMO and it relates to Sedo. What is a Premium Auction? Sedo Recently Introduced a New Member Certification for Premium Auction Events - this means that you can only bid above $10,000 if you are certified. I am just a standard member apparently. My question is "what is a Premium Auction"? Most grateful for a reply as I could not find it on Sedo. |

| Senior Member | For transfers, I still think it depends on your transfer agent. Within the past month and a half, I've had two transactions with Colin Finnan that were completed within a week, and one with another agent that took well over a month to finally close (this rep took a different approach to the transfer). I'm glad Sedo is listening to its customers and improving service. |

| MediaWizard™ Team Leader | Sedo has always been good, to give the devil his due ![]() Sometimes with so many registrars, tlds, buyers and sellers, some transactions do get held up... rarely is this the fault of the sedo rep... life happens. All in all they do a great job.
