![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Contacting potential end users and TM issues As for the several domains I got, following the advices in other topics I would like to contact some companies whose name has the right initials or is exactly the same as my domains, and who may want to buy the domain. However, is there any way to check if the name is not TM-protected? The last thing I'd want is to lose the domain for free because a company I contact for an offer would claim the domain ... Note: the domain was not claimed by anyone during the sunrise period, and the .com and .net variants are parked. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | www.uspto.gov is a good start for US companies. Depending on where the company is located, you should also do additional research on the company that you are contacting. Just because a company does not have a registered trademark does not mean that they do not have rights to a trademark.
