domains with matching ebay IDs

We are buying domains with matching ebay ID example URL:
totalmart.com / matching ebay ID: totalmart.com

We also want to know how many exist? I think there are fewer sets around than 2 letter .coms

Interesting. My eBay ID does in fact match a .net domain that I own. I'm not exactly sure what kind of money that's worth, not to mention why would you want to buy eBay user IDs?

Editing to note that my user ID matches the front part of a .net domain I own. My ID does not contain the .net.

Hey,

I have a ebayID / ebayID.com package for myself.

Tried to have .com as ebayID but it is not allowed anymore ...

I assume that is the reason why you are looking for such a package, right ?

Grégoire.

I have tried to set up a matching seller ID to a domain name we own. They do not allow you to do the .ext any more.

They explain it in eBay policy I think ... or at least I have read it on eBay website ...

I think that they asked to the one who had a .com as eBay ID to change it ... but they have not been obliged to do so ... this is why you can see some on eBay.

I think it is a good idea to buy such an ID when you want to sell a lot and wand to have a website too ... it is free advertizement for life !

You can't do the .com, but you can still do something with a dash in place of the dot - it's nearly as effective.

eg myebayid-com

If they're rare, who cares. They're just usernames with a .com extension, what's the big deal about it ?

nicely put

It's probably a good thing to start collecting, I have not seen amny with a .ext at the end but for the ones that have had it I went to the site. Think about it, If somebody sells what you like, they might have more of what you like, so you go to their site, free advertising for life, hehe. Nice tactics

I'm not talking about the deal between a 3 letter .com vs a letter .net, I'm talking about the deal between a .extension Ebay ID!

I guess eBay doesn't want to provide free advertising though users' IDs. With the .com extension in it, users can just copy and paste to get to the website, I guess.
