This domain is at 1and1.co.uk I have emailed them just to confirm it's ok to sell but not heard anything back.

I am sure you can sell a new domain right away, but you have to wait 60 days for domains that have been pushed or transfered

That sounds right to me

As a general tip, try to avoid 1And1 as a domian name registrar - companies like GoDaddy and Moniker are better IMHO.

If you change any of the account information at Godaddy, the domain is again blocked for 60 days. I had assumed that includes a push, but I don't know. So you are sure that you can push a new domain before 60 days? Of course with a new domain there would be no question of ownership, but maybe the check doesn't clear or something.

You can push a domain at Godaddy as many times as you like, but you can't transfer it out of GoDaddy before 60 days after the last push or change of registrant info (whichever comes last).
