Traffic value by country

OK, here's a question: Say you received 100,000 uniques from each of the countries listed below. Assuming you had the necessary language skills or technology in place to monetize the generic traffic, rate the relative value of each county's traffic on a scale from 1-100 with 100 being the highest value. I've tried to group the countries as much as possible (even though I messed up in continental Europe by starting with Germany). So hopefully you can move down the list pretty quickly.

United States
Canada
Mexico
Argentina
Brazil
England
Scotland
Wales
Ireland
Germany
France
Belgium
Switzerland
Austria
Sweden
Norway
Iceland
Denmark
The Netherlands
Spain
Portugal
Italy
Russia
Estonia
Latvia
Lithuania
Ukraine
Poland
Romania
Hungary
Slovakia
Serbia
Turkey
Greece
Morocco
South Africa
Japan

And please don't say it depends on the site. I would like to start a discussion of the value of a generic visitor from each of these countries. Assume that all you know about the visitor is his/her country of origin.

Assuming I have enough responses to work with, I'll publish each country's average at some point. In order to have your answers included in the average, you must have at least one country at 100. You don't have to provide a value for each country. Just leave it blank if you don't have an opinion. (In other words, use 100 to indicate the best of the group and then give the other countries relative ratings from there.)
