| Hi guys, Thanks for all the codes. I dont want to hijack the thread, but, i need some info, I have seen this eurodns only after your post, and i am excited to see many good keyword domains still available to reg in many euro extensions. But i am wondering which ones are the good extensions among them to invest? And who is this "ie" ireland tld, how is the reseller market? And any futher info on any of those euro tlds would be a great help, thanks in advance guys.

| You are unlikely to qualify for a .ie domain without being a resident of Ireland, having a company in Ireland or a trademark in Ireland or the EU- all registrations are confirmed by the registry. Without a doubt the best European extensions are .de and .co.uk, however .nl, .es, .it, .se, .at, .be, .ch and .eu have some decent sales in the aftermarket- usually in the local language(s), but occassionally in English too (namebio.com has some info). ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=371842 Remember that most European extensions are 'mature' and have been available to register for many years- so if something that you think is a good name is available you have to ask why- many experienced domainers may pass on 'flowers.lt' (an example which is actually available) perhaps because of a lack of sales on these types of names, or perhaps just scared away by the reg fees. One good thing about the mature European ccTLDs is that they're popular in their nations, and can get type-in traffic- so picking a local-language keyword in a particular extension could result in some traffic. And of course, as with all exotic ccTLDs with high renewal fees- remember that fee will be coming around again next year...

| Some great information shared here. Check out Google Zeitgeist, as they have information on popular search terms. If possible, try to narrow it down to a possible country with an unrestricted cctld (such as .be). I am guessing that a good number of those popular search terms are taken in the domain names, but there's always a chance to pick up a good one.  -Steve |
