Question Trademark Domains

Ok Here is my question!

There is one Domain(TM) and that was registered by a *guy and lost the case and the Domain was transferred to the TM company. But the TM company let that name drop.

Normally(never) I would not register a TM name, but the company let it drop.

Now, do u think it is worth it to register the domain?
The TM company let it drop! Or should i just run away as far as possible and not waste my time?

Your opinions are appreciated!

Thanks

I am no TM expert, but I personally wouldn't go near it. It seems to me that companies have a problem with others using their TM'd name. They might not use it, but they'll be damned before they allow anyone else to profit from it.

Just my opinion....

Good Luck!

register it.. if they ask for it, charge them $200 for processing fees etc. It would cost thousands to hire lawyers. Maybe they will just pay.

Oooopppss did i say that.. bad bad bad.

All kidding aside, I will stay away from (TM) Domains.

Depends. Do you have a legitiate purpose for the domain that doesn't violate the trademark holder's rights?

I don't think profitting from the domain would be a legitimate purpose would it?
