you cant add funds using a credit card (or a bank outside of the US) and I very much doubt the system would allow you to send money to ureself (not that I have ever tried or wanted to try it).

If you live in Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, or have a U.S. bank account, you can add funds to your PayPal account via electronic funds transfer.
And I don't see how to PayPal could be forbidden you to send yourself money with credit card if this credit card isn't linked to your paypal account...

It's possible to withdraw funds from a non US bank account but not load money.

You could set up a second account and sent your other account the money but yes you would incur a fee, what I meant was that you probably could not send money to the same account you are sending from.

Not sure but, if you have a registered/verified CC with PAYPAL
you don't need to add funds???

If you make a purchase, it's simply charged to your CC as a purchase???

I THINK

Cheers,
Mike

thats correct maxweb as long as you choose it as your source of funds,

even if you have not verified it you can send funds up until a certain point (cant remember the limit but it tells you on your overview page what your limit is if you are inverified)
