Thank You Very Much I will do so, he passed last week on Thursday due to a car accident just north of Atlanta GA, our father had passed several months ago and he became over whelmed with everything, because of all the crazy laws it really messed him and me up financially and he was drinking to much, his wife , children and grandchildren are the ones who are having it bad.

Thanks
Brian

Re: Need Some Advise On Selling Off Some Websites

i saw the website list and offer a piece of advise before you look to sell some of these. a number of them directly infringe on corporate trademarks and you could get into some hot water. specifically all the websites that contain the word 'microsoft", 'budweiser', and 'circuit city'. i have had experience with this and it is definately a hot potato. these are trademarked and copyrighted terms and you need the express permission of the said companies to own, operate, or sell for profit any intellectual property of these firms. just a word of caution as you go forward. thanks

What I can see that are no real money in these domains, and some have trademark problems as you say.

Just try to sell them as a package to someone that want a couple extra domains.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

Sorry about your loss. I would recommend selling the domains in a package, like cmos advised. Post your list in "Domans for Sale" and see if anyone wants the package, alongside websites like Creabiz. If you don't get a response, eBay would be your last option.

This site does live auctions in the chatroom which might be a good idea of making the most of them, i mean i might be interested in a couple but you would most likely get a better price from someone else so an auction would be the best way in my opinion.

But then again, in terms of hassle, selling them as a package would be the best way.

Good luck and sorry to hear of your loss.
