drop catchers drop time?

hi

i want to know when there is no bid for a particular domain name at snapnames, pool, enom etc.. then they drop the name right??
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/312342-drop-catchers-drop-time.html

therefore please answer the following:
1. is there any specific day which these drop catchers drop the domain with no bids on it
2. is there any specific time for these drops (i know it can probably vary with different dropcatchers, please tell the time of drops of each company individually)

I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT REGISTRY DROPS> I KNOW WHEN .com, .org etc etc drop.. I am talking about only dropcatching drops

thanks a lot...

(i never forget to give reps for helpful tips and answers )

I think that they don't catch names if there is no bid, but if they do this they will drop this name in 5 days from registration.

If the domain is with a registrar that is "Partnered" with one of the drop services, it would go into a "Public" auction at the partnered auction house. If this does not happen, 9 times out of 10, somebody with software will catch it and test it for traffic. Then it could be dropped if it does not have traffic. So a good time to search for it, would be 4, 8 or 12 days after it first dropped. Make sure you use a LIVE Registrar to check availability, like Moniker, Enom etc.
