I have finally decided to join this fine organization. However, can't seem to join... and I can't wait till March 1st.

It has just been moved / separated from NP.

They froze registrations during the moving to not cause any problems.

Not sure when it will be re-opened personally.

We're currently fixing a few bugs with vBulletin, I believe registrations will be reopening soon.

i dont think it is free to sign up.. there is a annual charge IMO..

We're planning a relaunch for the start of March, there's lots of work still to be done in preparation. Check back then and it should all be functioning perfectly. Cheers.
