Also, if I ever just have an issue with my account, they just fix the problem and forget about it, so to speak. Great, that they fix the problem, but an email back to tell me what was wrong, or to say 'sorry for any inconviance' would be nice! I don't mean to be cheeky, I'm sure some of you guys know what I mean! |

Thats all I seem to hear about NameCheap support; You get an email reply with the hour, or you don't get one for about 24 hours! I am curious to know how many support guys they have over there, because by the sounds of it, it's as if there is only a few. On addon, what are the chances these few support reps have to take your issue up with somebody 'higher' than them, who could handly any possible server problems with your account? Dr.Pepper, may I ask what your issue is about? |

I know we go through ALL support emails every day and most should be answered within one or two hours unless they need to be escalated to our developers but even then it should never take longer than the same day. I'll be waiting for your email. |
