As for price, it depends if youhave identified yourself as an interested end-user. IMO, a nice name like this will normally fetch a few hundred $ among resellers. But if you are identified as the sought-after perfect end-user, then be prepared for an asking price in the low to mid thousand $.

Overture shows 0 for the domain name with extension which would indicate little or no existing traffic. That means it will have to be branded from scratch just like any other name. That has a big impact on resale value.
