Google page rank question?

This may be a stupid question, and I apologize in advance. I have a domain that has never been used for anything other than being parked and has a page rank of 3/10. How is that?

No. It is not Archive.org listed either.

Did u check the PR if it is fake or real?

I noticed that PageRank sometimes seems a bit off. I have some names that get no traffic and the page Rank is decent and then I have a few domains that get a ton of traffic the Page Rank is even worse.

That seems true. My most develpoed site that nevers reaches beyond 3/10, and then I have this one that is a 3/10 w/o anything.

(edit: I checked that fraud page and its at a 0/10, maybe it was higher at one point as I got my info from sedo, who does not update there info very often)

please wait until the pag is fully loaded because sometime you may type your url above another with high page rank and you will see the page rank of the other , this happens mostly when you hav a slow internt connection or your page takes time to load. An example :

you are reading a page with PR9 like blogger.com and you go to the Url input and delet the blogger.com and type yoursite.com , you will notice that the page rank will stay 9 untill yoursite.com is fully loaded. This happens alot ...
