Doing my first Job related portal. I need the best of Brains here!

I was going through some recent domaining blues the last few days. Very few
sales and it dawned on me that I should really be doing more with the domains I hold! I had been thinking about work related portals for sometime now. I own 70 generic work related domains, but never had a use for them cept' ppc. Twenty cents here, forty cents there...yadayadayada.

Then it hit me...again! I should be using my names as true leads for actual services. In the case I'm about to present...JOBS!

I missed the bandwagon with all the good domains, or so I thought until around 10:30 eastern time, when a name came to me just before I decided I was gonna shut down my computer. It was work related, but wasn't the typical kind of work. It was real work. The 7-3, 8-4 kind of work. Barely able to resist myself, I picked that baby up! It was so special to me that I may actually go on a 'domainfast' (available).
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/252683-doing-my-first-job-related-portal.html

My question is should I use all of my work related domains and point them all to this one portal?

Should I perform this work with with this new domain myself?

Should I set up subcontractors around the country to perform it for me?

Excuse my typing, i was rushing when i worte<--- this.

If you can disclose the domain name and your concept, that might help us as well. If it's a "Jobs" site, you'll need job postings ... this may be able to be contracted out and thus leaving more time for you to promote in the Search Engines, SEO, Marketing, and key Partnerships, etc. Yes, generally, point your other "related" domains to this one developed website ... especially is they have traffic that can potentially convert.

All the best!

Well I moved it to the appraisal thread. But you the man! You should be able to help me out.

The domain is physicalwork.com . I have a bunch of other work related names like Sheetrock and bricklaying, construction, asbestos removal type names I'm gonna point to it. Is this a wise move?

What are your thoughts on actually performing the services. I am very handy around the house and I like to meet people. Is this gonna be a tough task? I've gotten 143 hits between all of my construction names this morning. Should I be selling these leads?

So if I understand properly, you aren't really talking about jobs as in the "i need a job" sense... You're talking about a freelance contractor site??? Or am I wrong?

I guess it depends on the domain names to determine what kind of traffic is coming there. Whether its people looking for jobs, information, or services... Each could potentially be an entirely different audience... If I search for bricklaying, I could either be looking for a bricklaying job (as in i need a job), I might just be looking for information on how to do bricklaying myself, or I might be looking for someone else to do the work for me. But if I fall into one of those 3 categories, I'm probably excluded from the other 2.

Well my names are kinda like I needa job. Some are like things I may need to complete a particular job (ie supplies). Some are names of actual equipment that perform a job. While others are the " actual term" of the job. I need advice after dumping a load of money acquiring them. I dont want to post domains names here to throw of my traffic count.
