Which registrar provides the most ccTLDs to register?

it is maybe not a good idea to aim to centralise your ccTLD domains at one registrar if that is the intention of your post. Nobody is the 'best' across all ccTLD. eg I would not use godaddy for .jp and I would only use jp-domains for this extension. However GD is Ok for .ws .cc etc ...for .cn I would use cnnames.net
...you get the picture............some ccTLD require a specialist registrar for best service....

Yep,
You usually can't beat local registrars for price, and that means domains at lots of different registrars.
Although I've become very lazy and am paying one-or-two Euros extra per annum to have all mine at EuroDNS.

I use the two you mentioned, as they have a lot, GoDaddy has quite a few (including .tc), AsiaRegistry.com have lots of Asia/Pacific exts, but are apparently quite slow.
