I've been trying to unsubscribe to Dropwatch.com for 3 months now, but i still get charged $35 every month via Paypal.... > I have messaged them via the site's "Contact Us" Page (http://www.dropwatch.com/support.php) 2 or 3 times but never had a reply. > Also tried to email the support directly but also with no response. > Each time (over the last 3 mths) i get charged, i try to contact them and then wait for a reply / hope that i won't be charged next month... but for 3 months consecutively, ive been charged and all correspondances appear to be ignored. > Finally got to sort this out, and would really appreciate any advice on what to do. (I think the owner of Dropwatch is a prominant domainer and someone here should know him). * Ive never filed a dispute / claim at Paypal and thought it may be better to reach the Dropwatch operators direct to resolve it. Shall i just file the claim anyway?
