    | who is domibot? I keep coming up against domibot, who are they? loads of expiring domains i watch end up in the clutches of domibot and its beginning to frustrate me they have a site domibot.com but it doesnt give any clues if anyone knows who they are i would love to know, or if anyone knows how they are snapping these names up so quickly

       | I was wondering too. I noticed that this company (?) is grabbing all the dropping names I want o  They use a registrar called CAPITOLDOMAINS, LLC (http://www.capdom.com/). I don't know if they actually operate that registrar. They act in the same fashion as domaincar, that is they test the names for traffic for a few days then may release some. They have actually just released one name and I grabbed it one hour ago so don't despair o

| how are you monitoring the domains as i havent found a decent way to monitor and try and grab domains

| yes i was amazed by this too ... they were taking in all the nice names but then i said they are a big company ... and they can do that ... and i just walked away lol

| I think it is our fellow member Legend.Name i am not sure, but seems like... maybe he can confirm himself Or maybe its not him, just saw domibot.com in one of his domain's WHOIS, but that isn't really an evidence I am sorry if i am wrong. |

| More info on these extortionists: www.domibot.info Sometimes in their whois info it says they are based in venezuela but the address looks wrong to me.I know where the place is but the only thing in that area is houses. |

| They even snatched up my domain and its variants, only to drop it back within 5 days. Luck me. I disgust them. the whois at that time shows off address in Venezuela. I think they also offer drop catching services.
