What's the most that a made up word has sold for?

A made up word, lets say under 12 letters long. I'm curious as to what the market is for these. Obviously, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Any wholesale or retail stories you can share about made up word sales that were very successful?

I'm not too experienced at this, but I would guess that some names have a higher value than others depending on what the word is...
