Agree all those domains are highly risky.

However many people register domains associated to legal issues and nothing happens until they start to make noise promoting them.

I believe the only way to avoid the problem is convince (i.e.) Jennifer Lopez you are hopeless devoted to her and using the doman for anything else than profit.

but I thought that names are not trade marked... I'm sure there are thousands of people named Jennifer Lopez or "jenifer lopez" so why would it affect anything?
