can anyone tell me how to login into my account. have not use them for a year.

their super server command net ask for:
"Please enter the main account IP and your email address. An email with your login id and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
Please enter an IP address. "

what do they mean main account IP??????? i have tried various combinations!
but all dont work!!

i emailed them two weeks ago but there is still no response.
phone is out of question as it is too costly!

any suggestions?

You're trying to login for hosting but I'm assuming you want the domain panel.
