Hello

I want to get to know that how to find hard to search domian owners?
How to find a Domain owner when its conctact info is wrong in whois history.
my boss has given me some domain names to find their owners. i have searched tem in
whois sites and in whois archive sites. but there is no any new conctact for them i could find.

if any one could help me i'll be really grateful.

a) Check the other extensions and versions of the domain name in question - the owner may be the same and the details could be more accurate.

b) Are there any contact details on the actual websites of the domain names you are looking for?

c) Search the internet for the domain name and any whois contact details you do have. Do this in every different combination possible. Something often leads to something else which leads to the answer you are looking for.

Just keep searching!

If it is okay with your boss, you could publicise the domain name details here and someone else may be able to find accurate contact details. Of course, this may be risky if your boss wants to acquire the domains.

There are ways to get any info about any domain but sometimes they
can be rough so it depends on how bad someone needs to know.
Too much to go into but put the domains up and I'll see what I can
do for ya.

if you know whom the domain is registered with? you could try contacting them.

Go to whois.sc to get the domain's hosting IP address. Then (also in whois.sc, but *may* require an upgrade), lookup the IP address to find other domains hosted on the same IP. There's a very good chance that those other domains are owned by the same entity.

You could report it for fake whois info, then FORCE the person to correct it or they will loose their domain name. Though they may get whois by proxy. Do a search on namepros for 'report fake whois'

Plain old detective work. search every bit of the outdated whois for traces. phone numbers, reverse phone lookup, name lookup, address lookups, company lookups, what host, who owns the IP number, what else is on the host server, similar names that may be owned by the same person, clues from an active site or from former sites at archive.org, the domain name of the email contact if not the same as the domain in question, etc.

Unless they have privacy protection and the domain is parked generically, there should be some clue to find an owner. You may have to search records not on the internet as well such as business filing records or the local newspaper of the town where the owner was last listed.

As AdoptableDomains said, learn how to use the tools any PI would. Or just hire someone who already has.

Running a reverse IP lookup will get the other domains on that IP

but it might be hosted somewhere else than the IP whois.
Some Hosts sell Blocks of IPs to other hosts..
