![]() | Fast domain name propagation Hello all. I am not sure if I am just the one who noticed it. I have observed that the domain name propagates really fast these days. This is true when I register a domain name at GoDaddy.com and set up its domain name servers. Within an hour or so the domain changes are affected propagated and the site is up. Do you observe the same thing on your case? How about on other registrars? Anyone could shed light what is the latest on this? Thank you.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I've noticed really different times with different registrars at different times. Earlier this year, I was SO frustrated with GoDaddy because I had to wait 24+ hours for the namerservers to change. A week later, I changed them again and they changed in about an hour .True_Snake

![]() | Thanks for the replies guys. The changes that have been made to improve the propagation has really helped in our web hosting business. We usually register the domains on behalf of our web hosting clients. We do however still put their names on the registrant. Often, they are surprised of the fast turn-around and react. "Huh, really? I can use my email account now?". Take care everyone!
