Strong names, strong ideas, no development skills

Here's my story ... I have a list of about 100 names that I think are very strong (mostly generic names with the same suffix and .com extensions) that I've been collecting since before the turn of the millenium. They are undeveloped. I get a lot of offers but have no intention to sell any undeveloped names other than the one I parted with in 2004 (because the offer was simply too good to pass up).
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/108722-strong-names-strong-ideas-no-development.html

I work in the legal end of multimedia licensing and see a lot of deals so I have a reasonably good sense of what things are worth. I'm also pretty good with words, however, I am forced to admit I am graphically and technically challenged. I went so far as to buy Adobe GoliveCS before realizing that there was just no way I could even come close to managing anything like what I hope to develop. I've seen enough to know I can't afford to do the kind of development I would like. (The old "champagne tastes and beer budget" syndrome). Still, I have the burning desire to develop these names and I'm looking for a partner of integrity with the skills and the time to help get this done.

As I understand it, I need someone who is very strong with "admin panels", uploads, low-bandwidth graphics, and database management. Strong enough to keep it simple. If I find the right partner they will have an equity share equal to my own in whatever website we develop together, including the name. The first project I would like to take on is in the domestic (USA) winery business (direct sales).

Did I come to the right place?

PM me on this board.

Thanks to all for your kind consideration!

Thanks for your kind responses. Feels like I'm among friends!

Does anyone know what the best shared-host content management solution is for developing numerous sites simultaneously? Or else, what is the most user friendly content management software for the technologically challenged?

Thanks again!
