Haven't decided yet. I know both names offer some interesting potential.
Obviously, if developed, it would warrant more $$$$$$$$. If the right
offer comes along, either a development deal (preferable) or an outright purchase, I'm ready to sign.

Not much resell value IMO, reg fee to low $xx, but if you find right buyer then you can get around high $xx
