Urgent Feedback Appreciated

I own this website www. 321look .com which has about 1,900 Members and has a Alexa Ranking of 65,000. It has many links and is already being considered the next big thing after StudioTraffic and 4daily. Just 1 week back I got accepted for full time job that I had applied and I dont think I will be able to have the spare time to run this website. About 2 weeks back I had received an offer of $2,500 .. do you guys think I should sell it to him or shall I auction it on eBay? Note that I will hand it over to professional auctioner as I am not a very good Ad Maker and they charge 10% of the total value of final sale.

I really appreciate any thoughts or feedback in advance.

..if you currently have that high of an offer, I'd take it.

Well i'm gonna give ya 10 bucks for it. You know why ?

- Alexa rankin doesn't mean a thing
- Since you have no back links, PR 0 and only 5 pages from your site indexed in Google i doubt you have 1900 members

Guys, go to google and type the following in the search field :

link:321look.com
site:321look.com

Well its 1,935 now. more than 25 members joined just today. And by the way, I am not trying to sell anything here. Why would I lie ? Take it easy

Oh, and by the way, I just typed 321look and found many links ..posted by referrers and so. Check out these 2 random forums ..some members think it might be TOP 5 ALL TIME BEST SURF PROGRAMS!

After doing just a few minutes of research I would say that you most definitely should take that offer.

syed - Can you explain how come you have 1900 members when your site has a PR 0, no back links and just 5 pages indexed in Google ?

Its more than 2,100 now and it is launched just yesterday. What do you want me to do ? send you proof to satisfy you? Never mind, I decided to run it with some help from my cousin. If you like StudioTraffic and earned money and You might want to join this site too!
