I picked up PleaseAppraise.com and AppriasePlease.com today. They seem to be very common phrases on any domain forum site.... Why not use it for a domain appraisal site.

I think you could get High $xx to Low $xxx for the first one, and do not limit your market to domains. Could be antiques, homes, etc
