I would start at the wholesale value as min price. It's a nice and short domain.

No. Unfortunately automated appraisals aren't very accurate. In judging its value, I'd look at search volume, brand-ability, extension, length, spelling, age, traffic, etc (actual, solid statistics, not script-produced numbers). It's obviously a brand-able name with no specific meaning, therefore it's hard to throw a price on it. At the end of the day, the name is worth whatever someone's willing to pay for it, and that "someone" could be an end-user offering you high xxx-low xxxx or a reseller with an xx offer. It's all about how well you can market the name to potential buyers. Good Luck.
