FloatKey - All the other domains are available and their are a handful of searches of Google. Maybe the reg fee...

FruitKnife - A product domain with about 500 searches a month. Maybe an infomercial company would be interested in it if they made a "new and improved" fruit knife. Are their companies that only sell fruit knives? Low $xxx

CottageBrewery - I like this one quite a bit (always been a fan of cottage industries). Can be a website for an actual brewery or a website that focuses on micro-breweries. The .net, .org, and .ca are taken... I would say mid-high $xxx

LonelyKids - I like the name, but have a hard time thinking of what a business would do with that name. A .org would work for a big brother/big sisters program. I guess Lonely Planet really doesn't make sense either... The .net is taken and the .org is developed... High $xx to Low $xxx?? Not sure...

In my view, none of these domains have value undeveloped.

CottageBrewery.com would develop nicely. I dont see people actually calling their brewery "Cottage Brewery" Which leaves cheap minisite developers. $xx

FruitKnife.com the idea cool but would take a "seen on tv" product end user to make sweet money on it. low-mid xx

They could all sell for at least $99 if you develop a basic site out possibly $200.

That's your resell value if you throw up a blog, some basic content, and Google AdSense.

You can get more than the registration fee with a bit of work.
