   | Reg fee undeveloped. It is short and may be used as a brand of an online store, but I wouldn't pay much for it.

 | Agree with FusionSpy on this one, as a domain it has little value, perhaps development might help although there are a number of companies that already use 4pm as there site/brand. 4pm.com - Project management training & certification 4pm.ie - tech company 4pmEvents.com - events, weddings, etc. There are quite a few others also. Anyway, good luck, but definitely think that development is the only way you will add any value to this domain.
