Sorry, but I don't think it's worth anything - there's no demand for "web hosting forums" and even if there were, that market has been saturated for quite some time.

Thanks for the input. I agree that the web hosting market is amazingly competitive one, but that's the case with almost every such profitable market. Also I see that the exact keyphrase "web hosting forums" has a search volume of 1000, not to mention 1900 for singular version "web hosting forum", which is also nicely targetable with WebHostingForums.org. And average CPC is high $10.48 for "s" at the moment.
