Hi Sabre. You can do a TM search here: http://www.uspto.gov/
There isn't a problem w/ Hollywood, (I did some freelance work for Hollywood Sports, and actually had this discussion w/ owner.
Even if already TM'd, usage/infringement is contingent upon what "class" or content category the name is TM'd in.

ie. are you using "Apple" to sell computer related prods, or apple juice.
